Job Description at Pink City Mep in Dubai

Pink City MEP is seeking dynamic and motivated Salesmen to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for acquiring and managing clients for our comprehensive range of building construction services, including AC installation, false ceiling, plumbing services, painting services, and more.

Key Responsibilities at Pink City Mep in Dubai:

• Identify and approach potential clients in the construction and real estate sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored MEP solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth in Dubai.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements at Pink City Mep in Dubai:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in MEP or building construction services.
• Strong knowledge of AC installation, false ceiling, plumbing, painting, or related services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
